Career Management Across the Lifespan
Consider these facts:
The average American changes jobs every 3-4 years and can expect to have 3-5 careers in his or her lifetime, working well into their 70s. You want to manage those changes on YOUR terms.
We spend more time with the people at work than with the people at home. Your work life IS a family life, with all the interpersonal challenges involved. You want to get along, stay positive, and manage your energy and emotion on the job.
It’s not always easy to motivate others, inspire them, and sustain that momentum in good times and bad.Having an objective and trusted advisor is a tremendous asset.
Change happens by chance and by crisis - and sometimes by choice. As we continue to develop, so should our career choices. Learn how to develop your options before you need them, as you evlove through your working lifetime.
It’s our business to help you navigate through career changes and business relationships, whether you work for someone else or are President of your business.
As you find work, as you perform in it, and as you transition to new opportunities, our clients get more of what they want out of what they do everyday...and have fun doing it.
