Wenroth’s BASIS™ Selection program is a quick, easy and accurate tool utilizing personality-based measurements. We gather both job information and corporate culture information to accurately determine a job profile.  Using this profile, an applicant's "job-fit" can be screened before hiring, thereby cutting unwanted turnover and saving time and money.

The Wenroth Group’s BASIS™ Selection program combines:

1)       a psychometric measure of job fit with

2)       a psychometric measure of culture fit and

3)       a structured interview.

These tools provide the hiring manager with an accurate and cost effective method for making hiring decisions. Because BASIS™ was designed to be delivered via the Internet and can take advantage of wireless technology, it can be easily implemented in virtually any location in the world.

 

First, a customized profile is created for the particular job.  Top performers as well as their managers and customers fill out a Job Environment Tool (JET).  The responses are compiled and a profile is created that is validated against our database of over 5000 surveys.    

 

As applicants move through the qualifying proves, they complete a brief, internet-based assessment (accessed through your own web-site or ours) that considers them against your customized profile.   A report is generated with the results, and a customized interview script is produced for use during a face-to-face interview.  You pay on a fee-for-service basis.

Success Factors Interview Training 

Interviews should be purposeful, objective, and systematic. Not only is it your chance to learn about a candidate, it is also his or her chance to learn about you.  The Wenroth Group’s Success Factors Interviewing teaches you an adaptable system for more predictive interviews, conducted in less time.

 

The process focuses on determining:

1)       Can-Do factors (skills, knowledge & abilities) In addition to standard skills, these factors include interpersonal skills required for on-the-job success

2)       Will-Do factors (values & motivations)

3)       and Fit factors (the personality match between the candidate and the organization). 

 

Each interviewer focuses on a separate component of the process.  When the candidate qualifies for the Can Do factors, s/he moves on to the Will Do factors.  Candidates that pass both rounds move on to the final interview: the Fit interview.  Your interviewers don’t waste their time with rambling, repetitive, and irrelevant questions.  Candidates have a positive and professional experience with your company, whatever the outcome.
