Managing Workforce Stress and Fatigue:
the Full Engagement Inventory™ fills a void among HR assessment tools

The truth is that the issues facing people in the workplace are bigger than what's happening on the job. While many training programs and assessment instruments try to address workforce stress, motivation, and commitment, they leave a void. They can't acknowledge and support the needs of the whole person.  And it is the whole person that comes to work everyday. Contrary to the popular notion that “you can’t take it with you”, the fact is when it comes to emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual fatigue, you take it all with you everywhere you go.

The Full Engagement Inventory™ is unique among stress, motivation, and commitment assessments for the workplace. It invites honest self-assessment on the issues of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energy. (The spiritual dimension refers to personal values and sense of meaning.) It provides a confidential report to the individual and to his or her coach. The report gives specific steps by which individuals can start helpful new behaviors, or eliminate the behaviors that are blocking progress.

As a coach or human resources professional, you can receive a Group Composite Report. You learn the degree to which physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual (values and meaning) issues are burdening workunits, departments, divisions, sales forces, or other groups. The Inventory is a great catalyst to stress management discussions, and can be used as a basis for discussion in team-building sessions, sales training, individual coaching, and any other venue where you are addressing stress and fatigue issues. For additional information about the Coaching, testing, and the Group Composite Report, contact us.
