| Step One: Professional Alignment Assessment | |

The Professional Alignment Assessment is a comprehensive assessment and feedback package that combines a full battery of testing instruments (including Wenroth propritery instruments and the Full Engagement Inventory) with two hours of the best one-on-one coaching and feedback. The assessment is made totally relevant to your professional goals and objectives. -

| Step Three: Tele-coaching | | Individual, action-oriented coaching sessions to move your search along ON THE TELEPHONE. Use this option to supplement face-to-face meetings, to address specific questions, or in distance-prohibitive situations. Tele-coaching can be arranged in 30 minute increments to address specific issues with clear and concrete outcomes. · Review resumes, cover letter, and other documents. · Prepare for an upcoming interview, meeting, or phone call. · Debrief after an interview and plan intelligent follow up. · Negotiate salary when offers start coming in.
